Note: To qualify for an Arts & Crafts section booth, some portion of items for sale MUST BE HANDMADE by the applicant. Otherwise, please make application with the Hamilton Area Chamber of Commerce for a booth in the “General Vendors” section. General vendor applications may be made via the General Vendor page.

All booths are 12' X 12'.

What size trailer do you have?
Non-Profit Organization Booth or Hamilton Area Chamber of Commerce Member Booth:
A non-profit organization or current Chamber member is entitled to one (1) 12’ x 12’ general vendor with no power booth at no charge. If you require additional space, or if you have special requirements, please note on this form or contact Mr. John Boyett, Buttahatchee River Fall Fest Coordinator at (205) 952-9884.

Legal Waiver

I have read this application and rules entirely. I understand that the Buttahatchee River Fall Fest, the Hamilton Area Chamber of Commerce, the Northwest Alabama Arts Council, and the City of Hamilton shall not be liable for any claim or loss or damage of any kind to my exhibit or me, and I agree to release and hold them harmless for such liability. I understand that failure to follow any of the listed conditions and requirements for participation in the Buttahatchee River Fall Fest will be grounds for removal from the festival.
